Instructor: Health Educator During pregnancy the practice of yoga decreases physical discomforts, increases fitness, and facilitates better sleep. Learn breathing and relaxation tips for an easier labor while having your questions answered by an experienced yoga instructor/ childbirth educator. Each class offers a check-in, a practice appropriate for pregnancy and a deep relaxation time.
Cost: $60.00

***Class Refund & Cancellation Policy***
Our refund/cancellation policy provides:
- a full refund if notification is received at least 14 days prior to the start of class.
- a refund minus a $25 processing fee if notification is received 7-13 days prior to the start of class.
- no refund if notification is received 6 days (or fewer) prior to the start of class.
Special circumstances will be considered, but please let us know as soon as possible if you must cancel.
