Free Midday Meditation to Reduce Stress and Anxiety.

Take a short midday break for self-care. Let go of the stressors from the morning to continue your day with a fresh start for the afternoon. Learn techniques to become aware of your mind and body to cope with stress in the moment. Learn to use your own inner resources to relieve stress during your day.

This 20-minute session will recharge you for the rest of your day.
