Beginner's Body Weight Strengthening II (Via Zoom) |
Beginner's Body Weight Strengthening II is designed for individuals who are looking to increase aerobic endurance and general strengthening. Participants can expect a circuit style workout that focuses on a combination of slow and up-tempo movements to increase heart rate and test muscular endurance in a variety of ways.
Required to Participate:
· Able to push weights overhead
· Hold a plank for ~1 minute
· Continuously do jumping jacks for ~1 minute
· Perform 30 body weight squats
· Comfortable with Virtual Supervision
