Feeling stuck with your behavior change goals? This virtual class is focused on creating sustainable health habits using SMART goals. We encourage you to sign up at least a week before attending the live class so you can set and take action on your initial goal. Then, in the live zoom session, you will have a chance to refine your goal and share your challenges and barriers. Evidence-based research suggests tiny habits create long term behavior change.
