Minding Your Stress

Stress is an inevitable part of daily living. When unaddressed, it can lead to physiological, emotional, cognitive and interpersonal symptoms that throw you out of balance and take a toll on your quality of life. In this class we will explore how stress symptoms in each of those areas adversely impact your experience and we will learn tools to mitigate them. Each week you will also practice awareness skills accessing your inner resources to relieve stress and improve your health and general sense of well-being.

This class will help participants to:
• Recognize automatic reactions to stress that result in harmful symptoms (physiological, emotional, cognitive and interpersonal)
• Learn tools to reduce those symptoms and restore a state of balance
• Practice awareness skills to cultivate and maintain well-being

Cost: $195.00

*For some of our classes, like birthing classes, we encourage you to attend with your partner. One "seat" may allow for two of you attend together. See the description for details.
