Postpartum Yoga - 4 sessions (Via Zoom)

Babies and toddlers welcome! During the postpartum period mothers should begin exercising gradually and gently. This tailored yoga class will help women reconnect with their bodies after pregnancy while also interacting and bonding with their babies. The class will focus on specific postpartum conditioning excercises such as the pelvic floor and safe core work which will promote healing. At the end of class there will a space for an open discussion with other mothers which is a great opportunity to ask baby related questions and support each other through the postpartum period.

This class is appropriate for women who are at least 12 weeks postpartum and for anyone who needs to reconnect with their body even if they had babies years ago.





Class is very flexible, moms can come with or without baby and they can feed as baby or toddler needed.

Recommended props include: a yoga mat, two blocks, a towel or blanket for baby and a scarf or burping cloth(for entertainment purposes).

After registering and prior to the class start date, an additional email will be sent to you from healtheducation@sutterhealth.org and will include the Zoom access information for the Postpartum Yoga class.



Cost: $40.00
