In this live streamed class, you will get an overview of the many variations of normal birth through lecture, video and discussion as well as have a chance to connect with other couples in your class. Feel more prepared as you practice comfort techniques such as breathing, positioning and touch with the guidance of an educator. Class will also cover stages of labor, hospital procedures, medications and cesarean births.
