eClass- Building Healthy Habits

In this interactive lifestyle and behavior change group, learn and discuss how to plan, take action, and gain support for sustainable behavior change. Session will include evidence-based behavior/lifestyle change skills shown to empower those who wish to make sustainable behavior change. Come prepared with a lifestyle behavior you wish to focus on changing!

We recognize that developing skills for long term behavior change must be studied, learned, and continuously practiced just as other skills must be practiced. Join us in these online, group sessions focused specifically on skills for lifestyle management and behavior change. Much group discussion will ensue with great emphasis on the “how” and the “why”, enabling participants to cultivate long-term behavior change.

Our online Building Healthy Habits sessions utilize a group support platform to help you on your path to better health.

All Building Healthy Habits groups are open to the public.
