Mindful Eating (Mountain View)

Learn to transform your relationship with food using mindfulness as an approach. Whether you have issues with food, weight or just want to have a more healthy, satisfying and pleasurable experience with eating, this class teaches you how to use awareness to optimize your experience. Mindful eating will help you distinguish different kinds of hunger, identify problematic habits and patterns with food, recognize what, when and how much to eat, and feel fully contented while eating less.

Cost: $140.00

*For some of our classes, like birthing classes, we encourage you to attend with your partner. One "seat" may allow for two of you attend together. See the description for details.
