Heart Smart 2 Sessions (Palo Alto)

This 2 session class is intended for anyone with high cholesterol or high triglycerides or who may be at risk for heart disease. The sessions will cover dietary and lifestyle modifications along with a discussion of risk factors for heart disease and stroke.

Cost: $32.00

*For some of our classes, like birthing classes, we encourage you to attend with your partner. One "seat" may allow for two of you attend together. See the description for details.
