Are you wondering what has changed in parenting since you had your children? Filled with specifics on the most current parenting practices, this 2 hour Virtual class will cover:
• Safe sleep practices
• An update on bathing and diapering babies
• How to support the new breastfeeding mom
• Car seat safety
• Popular baby products
• Tummy time
• The 5S’s for soothing a crying baby
• New research on baby brain development
This class is led by a Family Birth Center nurse and educator who is also a grandmother of two wonderful grandchildren.
"Meet" other new and expectant parents and discuss your new role as grandparents, including what you should be called!
