Childbirth Preparation One Day Class ABSMC In-Person The class includes information on the normal labor and delivery process, relaxation and breathing skills, the partner's role, hospital procedures, anesthesia options, and cesarean birth. This class does not include a birth center tour. No Children are allowed. Bring: Lunch or money to buy lunch, snacks, (hospital café is available) pillow and a blanket. We recommend you wear comfortable pants. Parking is available in the Ashby Garage across the street from the hospital.
