Childbirth Preparation Series ABSMC In-Person

Certified childbirth instructors prepare expectant mothers and partners for birth. This is a four-session series includes information on the normal labor and delivery process, relaxation and breathing techniques, the partner's role, hospital procedures, and anesthesia options.

Please note: No Children are allowed.

Bring: Two pillows and a blanket. We recommend you wear comfortable pants.
•Parking is available in the Ashby Garage across the street from the hospital. Garage entrance location is on Colby Ave. between Webster St. and Ashby Avenue or choose to find street parking.
